This is the right package for you if: -You are facing a new health issue where you require specific advice, such as high cholesterol levels, pre-diabetes or Type 2 Diabetes, high blood pressure, PCOS. -You are experiencing a significant change in your life and want to ensure that your nutrition is tailored to your needs, for example menopause, a new medication which influences weight or appetite (for example steroids/cortisol). -You are interested in making specific changes in your diet such as more plant based, vegan/vegetarian, ensuring higher protein intake, higher in anti-inflammatory foods, gut friendly. -You would like an overall nutrition ‘MOT’ to help you identify any blind spots in your dietary habits which can help you with having more energy in your day-to-day life, better performance in sports, improved concentration and focus in your work. The list can go on! Your package includes: - 1 x 60 minute initial dietetic assessment. - 2 x 50 minute follow up sessions. - Post session notes handouts and resources. - Dietetic report for your GP or other health professional if needed - Email support in between sessions if needed . - Access to a food recording app which can be linked with your dietitian and be used as an extra tool for assessing dietary intake and offering individualised advice. It is recommended that clients use this package over a course of 2 months booking sessions bi-weekly. Additional dietetic sessions can be purchased as needed.

This package is designed for individuals wanting to built long-term healthy habits. Includes regular check-ins, meal planning support, and evidence-based advice to help you achieve your nutrition goals.
You will have the opportunity to assess which factors – biological, nutritional, psychological and social – may be contributing to your experience of symptoms, influencing illness and disease, or performance and wellbeing. Working together, we will create a new approach to eating, accounting for lifestyle factors to support you in creating the positive health change you desire. Planning for your health and committing to a nutritional programme can significantly help with motivation levels and keep you on track. This package is right for you if: -You would like to increase your knowledge around a few health issues (instead of just one, where Nutrition Essential package may be sufficient), for example high cholesterol levels, as well as preserving & gaining muscle mass while you are going through menopause. -Any of the health concerns mentioned in the nutrition essentials (blood test markers, vegan diet, medication, moderate weight loss, better protein intake, reducing sugar, cutting down ultra processed foods, more energy etc.) but we will dive deeper into assessing your eating habits longer term, while additional support is offered in the format of goal setting, exploring barriers, problem solving, relapse prevention. This means you are covering as much factors as possible to ensure long lasting success! Your Package Includes: - 1 x 60 minute initial dietetic assessment. - 6 x 50min follow up consultations. - Post session notes handouts and resources. - Dietetic report for your GP or other health professional if needed - Email support in between sessions if needed - Access to a food recording app which can be linked with your dietitian and be used as an extra tool for assessing dietary intake and offering individualised advice. -10% discount compared to booking each session individually It is recommended that clients use this package over a course of 3-4 months booking sessions fortnightly. Additional dietetic sessions can be purchased as needed. If after your initial assessment we identify that the Nourish & Thrive package is the right option for you, you will only pay the remaining balance.

The ‘Restore & rebalance’ package focuses on the cognitive, behavioral and social factors that might be maintaining problematic eating behaviors. By addressing these factors and introducing new, positive habits, we believe individuals can achieve lasting behavior change and health benefits. This is a structured program focusing on building healthy habits without dieting. Ideal for those who struggle with yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, or want a sustainable approach to weight loss/gain. This package is right for you if you: •Want a sustainable and realistic nutrition advice with achieving a healthier weight and you don’t want to go on another restrictive diet. •Have an eating disorder or disordered eating and require support with improving your relationship with food and reconnecting with a more balanced way of living. The package is normally used over 6-7 months but it lasts for up to 12 months.
